1. Return Period: You may return items purchased from the Science on Trial store within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging.

• Accompanied by the original or copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Some health and personal care items

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable time:

• Check your bank account again.

• Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@scienceontrial.com.

7. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be eligible for exchanges.

8. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item due to defects or our error, send us an email at info@scienceontrial.com and we will provide instructions.

9. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
